Meet Tracy McIvor
Tracy used to work in Corporate 9-5 & loved it & after 25 years wanted something different, so made the big jump to leave the City to help her husband run his company helping businesses look amazing through design & print. Tracy and her husband Mark, are involved in property & Tracy noticed a gap in the market for home staging – so moved from creating something special for their clients to creating something special for her own. Tracy started Staged2Sell with the mission to transform the Herts, Beds & Bucks property market. She really enjoys helping property developers & home owners transform an empty space and to achieve the best price possible for their property within the quickest time frame! Staged2Sell was founded to help you style and furnish your properties for sale in such a way as to enhance their attractiveness to potential buyers and get the price your property deserves!
About Staged2Sell
With our friendly and experienced team, we style and stage properties of all shapes and sizes to highlight their positive features, increase the probability of sale, and enable prospective buyers to envision themselves living in them.
Research suggests that buyers form an opinion of a home within the first 7 – 10 seconds of stepping through the front door, and the same can almost certainly be said when it comes to house-hunting online. Therefore, making a good first impression is essential to stand out from the crowd and connect with buyers. Our professional staging works to achieve exactly that, dressing your home with the highest quality furniture, accessories and soft furnishings to move it off the market and into the hands of its new owners more quickly.
The art of staging is to create a space that appeals to the widest possible audience, looking past the personal and the sentimental to create a blank (yet elegant) canvas that buyers and families can picture themselves and their future in.
