The home you’re selling might look great, but is the garden letting you down?

If you’ve got a small patio area or balcony, don’t leave it out! Especially right now when the weather is so cold and everything outside looks so miserable.

Keep reading if you want 3 top tips:

1. Give your Garden a makeover

You’ll be pleased to know that one of the easiest ways to do so is simply by giving your garden a makeover.

Tidying up litter, removing dead plants, pulling weeds, painting any chipped fences, repairing and feeding the lawn, or even adding a bit of colour with some new plants or a fresh coat of paint for the fence.

it’s the simple things that will make the most difference.

2. Adding a Shed or Summerhouse

Having a shed in your garden is almost always seen as a bonus, especially if you’re willing to include it in the sale. Make sure it’s well-maintained and is proportionate to the size of your garden.

A small storage area for bikes or garden tools works well too.

3. Make sure your garden is secure.

Buyers with pets or children will want to see a secure garden when they start viewing properties to buy.

A safe and secure garden can be a valuable asset, so think about filling any gaps in fences or gates and adding additional security measures like locks where needed.

BONUS TIP
